U.S., Key Allies Close Ranks Against China


The U.S. and key allies throughout Europe and Asia are closing ranks towards China, which is seen as a shared safety problem, extra troubling for its support for Russia amid the Ukraine battle.

For the primary time, the U.S.’s closest Indo-Pacific allies—Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand—attended this week’s annual summit of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, the West’s main army alliance.
