U.N. Human-Rights Chief to Step Down, in Wake of China Visit

HONG KONG—The United Nations’ prime human-rights advocate mentioned she wouldn’t search a second time period, following a barrage of sharp criticism from Western officers and activists over her dealing with of alleged rights violations in China.
