Russian Army Turns Ukraine’s Largest Nuclear Plant Into a Military Base


The Russian military is reworking Europe’s largest nuclear power plant into a navy base overlooking an energetic entrance, intensifying a monthslong security disaster for the huge facility and its hundreds of workers.
