Before honing his managerial abilities, he held numerous govt chef and culinary roles throughout the globe which had been instrumental in shaping his understanding of the meals & beverage sector. Orton joins the staff with an inherent understanding of the resort’s key pillars: household, eating, sustainability and wellness.
