TSMC to soon start 3-nm chip production amid delivery delays



Hong Kong, Aug 30 (IANS) Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co (TSMC) on Tuesday stated that it’s going to soon produce an ultra-advanced 3-nanometer (nm) chip, because the main contract chipmaker struggles with supply-chain woes and different constraints.

According to South China Morning Post, TSMC CEO C.C. Wei acknowledged the corporate is coping with delivery delays amid international enlargement push.
