U.S. Border Patrol: 8 migrants die trying to cross Rio Grande

(*8*)EAGLE PASS, Texas — At least eight migrants have been killed as dozens tried a hazardous crossing of the Rio Grande close to Eagle Pass, Texas, officers stated Friday.

(*8*)U.S. Customs and Border Protection reported that it responded to the report Thursday of a giant crossing of the Mexican border within the Rio Grande.

(*8*)U.S. officers recovered six our bodies, whereas Mexican groups recovered two others, in accordance to a CBP assertion.
