The ceremony ended with a Congressional Commendation offered by Brandon Kargol from the workplace of Congressman Jack Bergman. Tom Kochheiser, director of member providers on the Michigan (*40*) Care Association, offered an award in recognition of Thunder Bay’s fortieth Anniversary.
