Russia Takes Control of International LNG Project

Russia took management of the worldwide consortium behind the enormous Sakhalin-2 oil-and-natural-gas undertaking, handing it to a brand new Russian entity that may successfully give the Kremlin say over which overseas traders might be allowed to maintain their stakes.
