Peloton Delays 10-K Annual Report to Complete Accounting

Peloton Interactive stated it wants to delay submitting its annual report with securities regulators, the most recent setback for the maker of internet-connected-fitness tools.

Peloton stated in a submitting Monday it wanted extra time to full the accounting and disclosures in reference to impairment costs recorded within the fourth quarter, which ended June 30. The costs resulted from Peloton’s plan to exit its subject operations warehouses, a transfer introduced earlier this month as a part of a broader cost-cutting plan.
