Oil Giants Must Face Climate-Liability Suits in States, Appeals Court Rules

A federal appeals court docket dominated that lawsuits by Delaware and Hoboken, N.J., searching for compensation from oil corporations for the impacts of local weather change needs to be determined in state, not federal courts.
