Kellogg to Separate Into Three Businesses

Kellogg plans to cut up itself into three publicly traded companies, as the corporate gives traders the choice to again cereal, snacking and plant-based meals corporations.

One enterprise would embody Kellogg’s snacking enterprise, together with its worldwide cereal and noodles in addition to North America frozen breakfast. Another stand-alone enterprise would home Kellogg’s North American cereal enterprise and a 3rd firm would encompass its plant-based meals enterprise, together with the MorningStar Farms model.
